Namaste!
Arpana Nazre is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University. Her spiritual journey began in the wake of her father's passing during her college years, leading her to explore various spiritual paths. In 2014, she found her Guru, Brahmarishi Mohanji, which marked a turning point in her life.
Her involvement in Mohanji Foundation has been deep and multifaceted, encompassing meditations, spiritual practices, retreats, and charitable activities. Over the past decade, Arpana has held leadership roles in Ammucare Charitable Trust, particularly as the Head of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). Her contributions to society have earned her several prestigious recognitions, including honors from the Indian Armed Forces' NCC Division for tree plantations, Karnataka’s Ashraya Trust with the Kayaka Ratna Rashtra Prashasti award for exemplary service, and accolades from the Border Security Force. Ammucare Charitable Trust also recognized her for her extensive contributions.
In addition to her charitable work, Arpana is a certified Mohanji Acharya and has facilitated numerous meditation sessions, spiritual retreats, and satsangs. As a counselor, she has guided many individuals, helping them find purpose and positivity during difficult times. Her commitment to social causes extends to her leadership at Mohanji Ka Aangan, a center for underprivileged children in South Bangalore that provides holistic education and daily nutritious meals to around 45 children from slum areas everyday. She has also successfully raised educational funds for almost 50 children in various parts of India, thereby helping realise their dreams of a bright future inspite of the financial obstacles!
Arpana is also a certified Level 2 Mai-Tri Method practitioner, a profound spiritual cleansing practice that removes deep-seated blockages and karmic impressions. She has worked with hundreds of clients, using this method to help them heal and transform their lives, being a pure instrument of her Guru Mohanji. Her role as a counselor complements her spiritual work, as she helps clients shift their mindsets and achieve personal growth through Mohanji's teachings.
Additionally, Arpana is a certified Conscious Gapless Breathing (CGB) trainer. This breathing technique, received from Mohanji, promotes cellular-level detoxification and healing. She has conducted numerous CGB sessions both online and offline, helping individuals achieve deeper levels of purification, clearing of blockages, fears and spiritual growth.
Through her unwavering dedication to spiritual service, charity, and counseling, Arpana continues to inspire and uplift others, making a lasting impact on society.
